I used David because he was extremely responsive to any message, very professional and provided a service you will not find with any large company. We listed my property for LET and within 7 days he had a tenant offering full rent, fully referenced and providing a strong guarantor. I was more than impressed. 2 weeks later and the tenant had paid the deposit, paid the first month's rent and moved smoothly.
